I don’t mean this sarcastically but have you considered hiring a professional artist/ designer? Yes it is an expense but it will benefit you in the long run having a high quality cover that doesn’t very obviously look AI generated.

Jackson Murray The handbag is a character in its own right. Not a great image, admittedely, but the story is decent. Not as good as what I have unpublished, but not bad for a first time serial release either.

Unfortunately the internet is FULL of AI generated images just like this, in terms of style and composition. It's easily ignorable at best, and off-putting at worst. So whether you're a fan of AI or not, it's not advisable to rely on AI art for any type of marketing materials. As others have said, something simpler will be better. Even a blank background with the right font and colour combination can be quite eyecatching (I'm thinking of the Fitzcarraldo editions, or the little Penguin Classics. More complicated =/= better)

yeah so read the room bestie, everyone is getting themselves and their work cancelled for using ai in their cover arts and writing. youre not a real author. this isnt a real cover for your book. it looks cheap, that bag looks horrendous and it doesn’t suit the vibe, youre wearing makeup and have a shiny nose in a picture that looks to be taking place in a forest but youre dressed as a pirate😭😭😭 ts dont make sense love. give yourself a few years and write ur stuff urself. get an artist to design the cover since whatever concoction youve made… is just not it.
